ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Ordering your plants is designed to be straightforward. Browse the catalogue using the categories in the left sidebar; alternatively, search for a particular plant or type, eg evergreen, using the search toolbar at the top of the page. Add a plant to your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart. That will put one plant in your cart: the best way to add more is to click on Cart in the box at the top right and change the number of items in your cart when taken there. If a plant is out of stock or not ready yet, you won't be able to add it to your cart, but there is a link for you to contact us about availability. To remove a plant from your cart, click on the bin icon.
When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout. That will take you to a page where you can confirm your order and payment details. You will be taken through the process step by step. You will need to create an account or log in to an existing account as part of this procedure. You can do this either at this stage or before you start shopping. Remember we will not share your address or other details with anyone else.
Please note that currently all orders will include our standard delivery charge for 24 hour courier. If you are intending to collect from us, choose the Pay with cash on collection payment option and we will adjust the price to remove the courier charge on collection. If you wish us to deliver locally (ie within approximately 20 miles of Southampton) to you by van, choose the Pay with cash on collection payment option and we will refund or adjust the delivery cost when we deliver.
Payment can be made by cheque or by card payment: just follow the on-screen instructions in either case. Please note that, if you pay by cheque, we will not send out your order until your cheque has cleared, so it will take a little longer if you pay this way.
Please note that we send plants to mainland UK addresses only. We do not deliver outside the UK.
If you are collecting from us or we are delivering to you by our van, you can pay with cash or by cheque. We cannot currently accept cards in these circumstances.
