AVAILABLE EARLY SUMMER 2019. It’s new. It’s compact. It flowers its little socks off for weeks on end. Mi Casa is certainly one the best white agapanthus out there, with sturdy stem after sturdy stem topped with a sphere of snow white blooms rising from the clump of evergreen strappy leaves in summer. Full sun. Any reasonable soil. 18 to 24 in. 2 litre pot.

Mi Casa is one of a number of new compact agapanthus varities which offer a prolonged flowering season due to the sheer number of successive flowerheads. Within a few seasons you will lose count how many are produced on one plant - or so they say.

Mi Casa is, of course, Spanish for My Home. We are not entirely sure what connection is going on here: maybe it just seemed like a noce sounding name. And nothing wrong with that.

Evergreen agapanthus are generally less robustly hardy than their herbaceous cousins, but we have had no trouble with Mi Casa getting through the winter unprotected with some serious below-zero action.

Agapanthus Mi Casa is a hardy evergreen perennial with thick strappy leaves and round pure white flowerheads in summer suitable for a sunny position.
