As with other buddleias, prune hard back in early spring. That will keep the annual height of your shrub to around six feet. If you want it taller, just let it go! You can also do a cut back in autumn to reduce height before winter.

There are a few named varieties of Buddleia Weyeriana, the best known of which is probably Sungold. This one, Honeycomb, is an introduction billed as an improvement on Sungold, with Mike Dirr of the University of Georgia being the man responsible.
